CYNTH, OTR/L, CHT

 

    Cynth and her husband, Kenny, graduated from Colorado State University in Fort Collins Colorado and moved to Jackson, Wyoming in 1969.  They worked together in his veterinary practice for two years until their children started coming.  Through the years, Cynth saw patients for occupational therapy privately and through St. John’s Hospital.  She practiced in the Teton County school district for several years.  In 1995 she and her son, Rhett, started Teton Hand Therapy and moved into the current office space in January of 1996.  Cynth qualified for hand certification in 1997.

 

ELIZABETH, OTR/L, CHT

 

    Born and raised in Montana, Elizabeth attended the University of Puget Sound and majored in Occupational Therapy in 2000. She first came to Jackson in December 2000 for a twelve-week internship at Teton Hand Therapy, and was hired as a member of the staff the following year. Elizabeth furthered her credentials in 2006 by becoming a Certified Hand Therapist. She thoroughly enjoys her work with the motivated and healthy residents of Jackson Hole that she sees at THT. In her leisure time, Elizabeth enjoys playing in the mountains with her husband, Tyson, and their two sons.

 

CASSIE, OTR/L

 

    Cassie received her BS from Western Washington University in 2002, and her masters degree in occupational therapy from University of St. Augustine in 2006. Cassie came to Teton Hand Therapy during the final year of her masters program for a three month internship, and was hired by the clinic in January 2007. She is presently preparing to sit for the Certified Hand Therapy exam in 2012. Cassie enjoys to spend her free-time skiing, running, and biking with her husband, Don.

 

CHEYENNE, MOTR/L

 

    Cheyenne moved from Colorado to Jackson Hole in 1998, after earning her BS from Colorado State University in Human Development and Family Studies with an emphasis in early childhood education. She received her masters of science from Idaho State University in Occupational Therapy in 2007, and started working for Teton Hand Therapy that same year. Cheyenne’s future plans include sitting for the Certified Hand Therapist exam in 2012. Cheyenne currently lives in Driggs, Idaho, and enjoys working on both sides of the Tetons in our Jackson, Wyoming and Driggs, Idaho clinics. Outside of work Cheyenne enjoys fly-fishing, skiing, biking, hiking, cooking, and spending her life with her husband, Darren, and their daughter Kora.

 

BETSY, assistant office manager

 

    Betsy received her Bachelor of Science from Tulane University, and moved from New Orleans, LA, to Jackson in the late 1980’s. She currently lives in Driggs, ID, with her husband, Andy, and their daughter, Sara. Betsy works part-time at Teton Hand Therapy, and part-time building cabinets and furniture with Andy in their cabinet shop, Dovetail Designs. When not working, Betsy can be found biking, kayaking, hiking, or skiing.

 

 

ALLISON, office manager

 

    Allison was born and raised in Jackson, and received her BA from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon. Allison moved back to Jackson in order to spend her time on the river and hiking in the Teton and Wind River ranges.
